This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: #terms-of-use.

The Product once ordered will be shipped within 1 days and will be delivered within 5-8 days,

We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

Prathiyangira Boutique orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

Shipping within India:

Prathiyangira Boutique offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge are also Free within India.

We Do Not Offer Shipping Outside India

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
